Keo Sarath Nonstop Collection

Once in a while I hear a melody and for a considerable length of time, even days the tune plays again and again in my brain. What's more, some of the time a melody strikes a chord for no conspicuous reason. It basically saturates my cognizance from some long overlooked memory rising up out of concealed breaks. Maybe full grown or maybe it will require investment to reformulate, being pondered around intuitively until enough pieces become alright to frame a chorale or maybe even a verse or two. Playing delicately away out of sight of my psyche, until at last the volume has expanded to a point that it thumps decisively on the entryway of my mindfulness.

Today, this tune from long prior did only that.

Today while the blooms as yet stick to the vine,

I'll taste your strawberries I'll drink your sweet wine,

A million tomorrows might all pass away,

'Ere I overlook all the delight that is mine today...

I can't be placated with yesterdays glories,

I can't live on guarantees winter through spring.

Today is my minute and now is my story,

I'll snicker and I'll cry and I'll sing."

With tunes, as with books or other data, there are regularly new disclosures when

returned to after some time. This has come up in a couple of various discussions as of late. "Goodness, I recently read th at again and had a radical new understanding" "Did you ever truly listen to the expressions of that melody?" "How could it be that I have perused that such a large number of times and a little while ago I see what it is truly saying?" It is entrancing to me how life appears to have topics. It is similar to a scene of a decent show (or sit com) where the same topic is woven through numerous story lines endeavoring to 'get the message over'.

I have murmured and sung this old tune commonly in years passed by, yet some way or another restoring it I hear the words again surprisingly (yes that little paradoxical expression was deliberate).

  1. Today is your minute and now is your storyo. We can't be satisfied with yesterdays glories - or we miss the open door for greatness is THIS minute. We can't live on guarantees of what may be or we pass up a major opportunity for the guarantees satisfied as far as we can tell. Relish the blooms, taste the strawberries... Let us chuckle... also, cry... what's more, sing!
